MoRE (Mood Recovery) is an online (phone and web-based) program that focuses on symptoms of depression and anxiety. This program recognises that these symptoms often occur for people at the same time. MoRE features seven core modules that have been developed in alignment with principles and strategies of cognitive behavioural therapy and behavioural activation. These techniques can help you recognise unhelpful or negative thought patterns and replace them with strategies that can be used in your everyday life to help you work towards your goals. MoRe also contains a series of mindfulness-based activities to help you reduce stress and can be accessed from your program toolbox at any time.
